Refund and Returns Policy

You are entitled to contact our customer service team to ask for a return for an item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund. (we will refer to the item delivery date on the shipping info). Please note that returns outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, you should be compliant with the following conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel an Order within 1 hour  from the time You completed the Order. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email: simbashoppinguk@gmail.com.

All refunds must be authorized by our staff. No cancellation of the order will be accepted after this deadline, otherwise cancellation fees may incur.

We will reimburse You on the same means of payment as You used for the Order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. In the case in which the order has already been shipped, any shipping costs will be deducted from the order refund amount.

RETURN – CASE OF REMORSE

We take a tremendous amount of pride in the craftsmanship and overall quality of our fine products.  It is our priority to provide you with industry-leading designs and styles that help make your home an entertaining hot spot. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase or you have changed idea or you ordered by mistake or the Product Size Doesn’t Fit, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the Goods, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a Return – case of Remorse, the item:

  • Must be purchased through our Website
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
  • Must not be missing pieces

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us and you should return the Good to the following address:

The item must be packed into the orginal packaging on a pallet, otherwise we cannot accept the return. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

We will process the refund within 2 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and was inspected to qualify for our return – case of remorse situations listed before. You are expected to receive the refund 5-7 business days after we process it (bank’s timing may vary).

RETURN – CASE DEFECTIVE ITEM

Our Return policy in case of Defective item lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the Goods, we can’t offer any solution to You. To initiate a defective return, please address which situation the item belongs to (one of the following must apply):

  • Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
  • The wrong item was received
  • Item arrived damaged during shipping

If the item is found to be damaged during shipping, and you notice the damage upon delivery or inspection, do not sign for or take possession of the item. If delivery is accepted but concealed damages are noticed within 24 hours, take pictures of the box and product(s). Carriers only allow two business days to file a freight claim. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage through simbashoppinguk@gmail.com.

If We consider the Product to be defective, we will work with You to address the issue, suggesting some solutions to fix the issue and/or shipping the replacement parts needed. In case our customer service team determines that the Product is totally defective, We are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to Us and a replacement Product will be dispatched to you. The item must be packed into the orginal packaging on a pallet ready to be collected. Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
